Thank you Eric and National Drivetrain for the loan of the unit bearing/hub/stub/inner off of your display!!

Our #53 MasterCraft car blew an inner and an outer at the bottom of Jackhammer and I drove back to KOH Main Pit where Jeff Knoll let me on the PA to beg for parts. Eric was standing right there and gave me the unit off of their display to use to send back to the rig to try to finish the race! :smokin:

Our co-driver met me at CalRocs Pit 3 and hiked back to the car with the axle/unit bearing in his backpack. :mr-t:

They cleared CP-7 with 50 minutes to spare, but were winching up Sledge and got stuck behind another rig.

These guys are just another example of the awesome people involved in KOH and desert racing. :grinpimp:
I'll stay in touch with you guys to make sure you get replacements back.

I had fun racing with that car all day. Started off the line with him and we passed eachother at least 5 times throughout the entire race. Last time we saw him they were pulled over at the bottom of Jack. I was bummed to not see him cross the finish line.

Eric is a great guy and a hard worker! He even went to man the booth after co dogging for me. Glad you got the car out! And a big thanks to Eric for putting up with me for a second year!
