: KOH Steak Dinner!
Sam24462 03-02-2009, 05:00 PM I want to thank the Food Vendor at KOH called The Sandbox Cafe. He was next to the Maxxis truck and had the white tables out.
I had breakfast lunch and dinner at his place.
The last night he rolled out the biggest, tastiest Bone-in New York Steak. It came with a salad, onion rings, beans, and chocolate cake. Only $15.:smokin:
I hope you guys bring him back next year!!!
I didn't even know he was over there until after a couple $3 hotdogs from the other food guy :(

That is the correct name of his cafe. I talked to him for quite a while and he said that he goes down to Glamis a lot and other off road places in southern California. He also said that he was going to become a yellow star vendor on pirate. He's a cool dude, his staff was very friendly and their food was great. :grinpimp:

Hi Jake,
You got the right guy. Thank you so much for starting that thread, took a look and it has really made our day!! Yeh, I remember you guys, it was really fun having you show up. Really happy you enjoyed your food. Thanks like this make it all worth the hard work.
We want you to know that it was completely our pleasure to be able to serve all of you. The entire group out there was super cool, nice and friendly. Shame we aren't able to do TDS (its actually closer to our home base), but we are looking forward to next year KOH for sure and any other events we can get into.
