3/4-16 UNF TRE's...

Tap drill for above size is 11/16...

What tubing has everyone used?

Is there DOM available around 1.25" with a .28 or .29 wall?

I used 1.25 x .219 for my tr & dl..but I have 7/8-18 tre's

I use 1.25" solid. Its cheap, readily available, and you don't have to worry about the I.D. for tap drill size, you just drill it to whatever you need. :)

Well...

Our purchasing agent in the machine shop just dropped my jaw on the pricing for the SS tubing...

So I am going with some 1.250 solid! A tie rod is better than no tie rod right?

I used 1.00" x .156 wall D.O.M. tubing fromwww.artmorrison.com (http://www.artmorrison.com) it's $5.00 per foot. Let me know cause I'm headed up that direction and could pick you up a chunk.
