Check in starts at 8:30 to 9:30 There will be two classes . A buggy class and a jeep/ cabtruck class..... Tire size does not matter. 1st 2nd 3rd in both classes win a free years pass to windrock. NO entry fee you must have a year or day pass to enter. For info contact me ..... If you got to see last years you will not want to miss it this year..........

We did the same thing last year, but this time the course will be a little harder and less time. last year the fasteset time was 2 min by Goforth's (Buggy) and the fastest jeep time was 2min 23 sec this time the course will be more difficult. I will give you your time limit at sign in....

Randy took second last year, but we're headed to farmington and moab may 1st.
Aw what the heck,we remodeled the crawler, might as well try to break it, that leaves 5 days to repair before we leave for out west.

Cubman 04-10-2009, 04:51 PM How do you get to the lower part of Rattle Rock? I live in Oak Ridge and want to go up there just to watch. Do you go over the bridge right by the parking lot, or is it off one of those clearings going up the paved road?

tnguytim 04-12-2009, 06:17 AM Start to the top from the parking lot follow the road up to where you see the big flat spot onthe left.... turn and follow the trail to you next right and that one will take you to it.... but if you are not in a 4wd i wouls park in b4 u make the right turn cause its too rough 4 a car or anything..... there will be lots of ppl to help u find youir way and it will be marked.

I have heard it is $5 entry, but that I would need to pay $16 to drive above the parking lot.
What's the details for those of us who ain't from around here?
ROCKRAWL 04-23-2009, 07:00 PM You will have to buy a daily permit and its 17 dollars per person.Rattlerock is easy to find and you can take a car to it almost.I would be there early like 8:30 at the latest and that will give you plenty of time to find it and get a good spot.Its worth it..

off camber 04-28-2009, 01:21 PM Gary mays won the buggy clas with a time of 1:26( I think )and a guy in a Green cab truck with rockwells won the jeep class and I think his time was around 2 min
