Last tubing I got was from Capital Steel in Montpelier. They are good people.

I have got all my steel from them and will continue to. Is that price for DOM? If not the price has gone through the roof.:flipoff2:

I'm not sure but if you don't get it in Montpelier, then the next closest place would be Queen City Steel in Burlington.

I was wondering the same thing. Although I am in Pennsylvania and looking for Hrew right now for sliders and such and possibly dom in the future. Anyone know of anything close?

I am thinking maybe we need to do what the Regional CA thread did and make a List of all the tubing suppliers and their addresses and phone numbers......just a thought. :bounce2:

this is the guy i have been dealing with the last couple days. Nice guys and they can get the tubing pretty cheap. They will deliver for a reasonable rate. Give them a try. They are in Rochester, NY

Dare I give up my new secret for fear of them not having DOM next time I am there??
give Rochester Steel and Surplus a try I paid .62 cents a pound for 1.25" 3/16" wall DOM (~2.6 lbs/ft=1.65$/ft -ish) last week. Their stock is always changing so it's a crap shoot with what they have but the folks there are friendly.

nightingale Or tuner steel, I go with who ever has the stock in house at the time.

Service reps are great to work with at both and they will drop ship to your driveway

Nivert Metal in Scranton is a great place for NEPA'ers. IIRC I paid <$4 a foot for 1.75x1.20 DOM last time I bought some.
