As the title says, Whats out there in Canada
I am currently looking for work,
My previous jobs have been a motorhand on a drilling rig, cementing wells, a welder helper/ pipefitter at an oil field contruction comapny (compressor station installs, pipeline, plant maintenance) and in manufacturing/fabrication while working at NorthWest FabWorks.
Any leads would be helpful, and Im sure there are others looking for work or an needing workers in Canada

Hydro One Forestry Services / Power Workers’ Union Hiring Hall Apprenticeship
Issue Date: 2009–02–10
The Hydro One /PWU Joint Forestry Training Committee (JFTC) is responsible for establishment and maintenance of an Electrical Forester apprenticeship training program as provided in Appendix “A” between Hydro One and the PWU.
The JFTC currently requires Electrical Forester apprentices. The apprentices will be hired in Smith Falls/Walkerton and remain there for approximately 6 weeks after which they will be transferred throughout the province. The jointly organized program is a 6,000 hour apprenticeship that, when successfully concluded, provides Electrical Forester Journeyperson/Utility Arborist status. Applicants are encouraged to send a cover letter with their resume and high school transcripts showing the successful completion of Grade 12, including Grade 12 Mathematics and Grade 12 English to the following address by March 23, 2009. Failure to provide all required information (transcripts) will result in your application not being reviewed. Only successful applicants will be contacted.
