Anything in the works for the spring? I know some folks from out of town did one last year and I just wanted to make sure I knew the dates this year.

We (the Degenerates) are working on it again this year. We've already talked to Bill Papich at the BLM, just working out the details. Most likely it will be a smaller "event" than last year. Hopefully we have more participation than last year from the local 'wheeling folks, 'cause last years representation was a joke :( We did fill 3 1/2 dumbsters, but aside from the 667 crew I saw very few local 'wheelers out there to lend a hand (I'm not saying no one, just very few)
It will probably be around Labor Day weekend.....Keep an eye on the almighty PBB...I'll post up when everything is in order.

Just a note - make sure to advertise in the Tribune and there is also the Talon.

Been wheeling in Farmington for over 10 years and I didn't even hear about the clean up:confused: Give me a shout and I'll give the word to the Durango colorado club I belonmg to. The Creeper Jeepers have always been very active in clean ups, last one there were 15-20 members there. I'd post up at some of the AVT shops they are a big user of the canyon now and they need to get involved also. PM me if you need anything I've worked a lot with the BLM inm the past.

Another good suggestion. We meant to do that last year w/flyers, but the guy we assigned that task to boned out on us :mad3: I will definatly take you up on that, I'll shoot you a PM once we get dates etc. figured out.. Thanks!

If you can give me a few weeks notice, I will try to get the City of Farmington involved. I work for them and maybe can make it so they put the word out through the city channels.

We should get a couple of people together really soon to get some trach our of the glade. I have a Titan truck with a 6x12 trailer to help haul off some trash.
