Well I should have searched "PORC" over here on "Pirate4x4" before I bought a crap load of stuff from them. I bought a cv driveshaft, adj. control arms, PORC SYE, and PORC axle bracket. I have not recieved the PORC SYE or axle bracket. I've emailed them with no reply. I finally got a hold of them this morning and of course they said they would call me back, that they needed to look something up which I knew was BS! Now they won't answer my phone calls and I've even tried calling from the house phone rather than the cell. :mad3::mad3: Seriously guys don't order anything from these guys.

Oh no this has been on going. I finally got a hold of them even after calling last week and leaving messages.

I've dealt with them/bought from them on three separate occasions.... Other than the stuff showing up in a beat up, mangled box (could be their packing, could be the shipper, who knows), I've not had any issues. I would definitely deal with them again if I needed something. Oh, and a guy named Alex is very helpful and knowledgeable....I always ask for him.

There's several other threads on here about them. People all over are saying the same. There's no excuse for not answering the phone. I used to order everything from them, but they've had some problems and now I avoid them.

I guess my brother and I have been lucky. We just ordered gears from them 2 weeks ago and got them fast!! I ordered all my gears from them and the same! Never had a problem--------------Kyle

can`t get a call back

Ive called 12 times and no luck. Now I have a e locker with a broke wire and a broke clip

I have read the threads about P.O.R.C but have bought stuff from them without any problems anyway. Parts are too expensive to not get the kind of deals Alex gives. Last time I orderd was a smoking deal on an ARB product and it was shipped from ARB. I called for a Warn warrenty claim problem from a division that Warn sold off. He knew the situation and fixed me up. Time before that he called and said he changed my order because basically I ordered stupid wrong stuff. He was right and he saved me from my mistake. When shooting the breeze he was talking about how the economy has been hard on manufacturers. Lots of buy outs, bankrupts and legal crap throwing a wrench in supply chains. I'm sure you will get an ansewer when he has one. You think it's bad now then wait till spring when everybody is swamped and out of stock. No good excuse....Just saying.

Good luck with these fools...I promise you one thing. These cats are scammers they may do 1 or 2 good here and there. But the overwhelming amount of bad sales presents.

I too fell into the trap of wanting to get a good deal and good service. So on my build before last I PM'd ol Alex and crew up and well the prices came in............Too good to be true. So I called the pirate deal line they had on here to confirm and guy (to long to remember) told me I had to talk with Alex and order since he didnt do the pirate pricing. I got put on hold and every 5-10 minute this joker come on and say keep holding. He just has 2 lines before you to catch then you will be next. Then click...I got disconnected. So like anybody I called back and didnt say a word to next guy that answer just that I needed to talk with Alex on my quote. The guy said Alex hadnt been in all week due to a death in the family but he could handle the order. I said no way You have Alex call me its my money and your the customer of my money, He said thats cool not a problem. 2,3,4,5,6,7 days went by. So out of curiosity I call back. Guy answers and I said I need to speak with Alex about my pirate quote, Guy says no problem I get the same Fuggin guy from week before. I said you all are fuggin joke. He said have a nice life and thought he had disconnected line (headset) I heard every word after that.

It went like this...Can you believe that guy he wants to talk to Alex.....Laughing we are going to have to change the name on pirate to contact, People are going to catch.........Then he disconnects I guess to catch another call of someone less suspecting than me.

I cant stand Ignorance like this and glad I didnt waste my money with these fools.

Call waynehartwig on here he's a super guy and will go the extra mile. I continue to use him for anything I need.
