Wanting to upgrade my 308 gears to something higher, was told I can't put anything else into the 308 housing without getting different carrier.

I want to put at least 411's in, to boost my torc for mud running. Is it possible? and what would I have to buy, revise, or remachine?

the rear is a 12 bolt, and the front is a 10 bolt, GM

You need to buy a new carrier with your gears, that is all.

You want lower gears, not higher.

You need to buy a new carrier with your gears, that is all.

I thought they broke like a 44, 4.11 down and 456 up. I'm not gonna search over this, just what I remember.
