5.9L V8
Auto transmission with overdrive
Full time four wheel drive
Stock suspension - no lift or oversize tires

It has approx 158,xxx miles on it, and it is driven occasionally so that will change.

1998 is the only year Jeep offered the Grand Cherokee with the 5.9L Magnum V8. Peterson's 4 Wheel and Offroad magazine named it 4x4 of the Year in 1998, and was the fastest production SUV until 2006.

It is a lot of fun to drive, but we have too many vehicles for the two of us. We have a 1981 Honda Accord that will be for sale this spring, too...

The 5.9L V8 is basically stock. It does have the following:

K&N Air Filter
All aluminum radiator
FlowCooler Water pump w/ hypertech thermostat
Magnaflow exhaust
Newer Spark plugs, cap, rotor and wires

This Grand Cherokee has all-wheel drive and low range. It has leather seats, and the only tear is a small rip on the drivers seat. The driver's side heated seat feature does not work, but the passenger seat does. All of the power windows and locks work.

It drives great and has tons of power. I was told it has the towing packing, but not the trans cooler. It does have a 2" receiver and is pre-wired for a trailer brake controller.

A previous owner installed an aftermarket alarm and remote start. It also has an aftermarket stereo with iPod connection and an 1/8" Aux input on the front (I hook my droid to it that way).

There is an intermittent 'coolant sensor bad' warning that I have not tracked down yet. The thermostat and temp gauges work, and there have been no overheating issues. By intermittent, I'm talking about once every few days when driving it daily. I have been told by other ZJ owners that this is likely an issue with the display in the center console (cracked solder connection) that is common on the ZJs.

This is a Crawlfab DIY beadlock kit. I have never used them but they have been holding air for months. I had planned to use them on a CJ build but found an FSJ J300 Truck. Of course the wheels would have worked but I bought a running 79 F-250 with everything ready to go. SO I will put the J300body on the F-250 frame. One in shorter on the wheel base.

I have a set of 5 33x14x15 Boggers on King 15x10 steel beadlocks 5x5.5BP. The wheels were sandblasted and repainted black by a body shop and are in very good condition. I wd40 them after every wash so NO RUST. I also installed all new grade 8 bolts. 1 wheel has 1 broken bolt all the rest are good. Tires are 75% with some cuts and very light cracking. Also the outer lugs have some chunking but nothing too bad. There are no patches or plugs and i've NEVER PUT AIR IN THEM IN 2 YEARS. I've never aired them down and they have never gone low. I paid $2700 for these new. Asking $1100

1987 Jeep Comanche long bed for sale. It has a 6 inch lift using rubicon express coil with a front radius arm type suspension and bastard pack leaf springs in the rear using the mj pack with a few xj leaves. The radius arms are built using 2" x .25" square tubing and ruff stuff 1.25" hiems. All new steering linkage built with 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and 3/4" and 7/8" hiem joints. Front track bar is also built with 3/4" hiems and 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and ruff stuff brackets. Rear is installed using Ruff stuff spring perches and spring plates. Front axle is a 79 ford high pinion Dana 44 with 4:10 gears and brand new Warn lock out hubs and rear is a 79 ford 9 inch with 4:10 gears. I do have a set of 5:13 gears for both the front and rear axle that will go with the jeep. Jeep has a H.O. 4.0 liter straight six from a 92 cherokee running off of the factory renix fuel system. Has an AW4 trans with a NP231 transfercase. Gauges have been replaced with aftermarket Fuel level, Volt, Oil pressure, and coolant Temp gauges and has LED high beam and turn indicators. Has a small cobra CB installed. Front bumper is no longer on the jeep but I do still have the 8000 lbs electric winch that will also be included in the sale, was planning on building a stubby winch bumper for it. Has a built rear bumper with hitch reciever built into bumper with more than factory mounting tie-ins and has a flag mount that is required for most off road parks. Has almost brand new 35/12.50/15 Pro Comp MT's on a set of steel wagon spoke wheels. Jeep was used mainly as an offroad toy but can be driven to and from the trails and/or daily driven as I am now. Body is a little rough but that is to be expected with a trail rig. Unibody is solid with no cracks and door hinges have been modified for easy removal. Asking $5000 OBO

This is a fiberglass Suzuki sign. Bought for $200 but I am only going to use one side, the other side is yours for $100. Not sure its practical to ship, so local pick up is desired. There is a dark streak down the middle. I think it will clean up, it seems like the red is not paint but pigment right in the sign, but not making any guarantees you might end up repainting it. Its about six foot square.

i bought this frame with intentions of using it on my scrambler but i ended up trading my scrambler for a J10. so i no longer need the frame and want to see it go to a good Jeep home.
the frame is in great shape, 83 with high front shock towers, still has fuel tank and 6 cylinder leaf springs front and rear. there is only one spot on the frame that needs patching. common spot, seen in pic and its an easy fix. crossmembers are in good shape. remember this is an 83 and they all normally have melted away by now. there is rust here and there, but overall its very solid, just dont want anyone thinking its brand new and super perfect. the 2nd pic is the bad spot. can be fixed with angle iron. the 3rd pic is the same spot other side and is solid which is normally a bad spot.

I have for sale a very nice 2012 7x16 Hurricane Cargo Cyclone series enclosed trailer for sale. It was purchased in Florida and only used to move furniture from there to Illinois at the end of 2011. It was very lightly used, no stains on floor. Features OSB and plywood interior thats in great condition. Tires are 205/75/15 that are still in excellent shape, dual locks on rear door that opens downward, passenger side walk in door. Panels are smooth with no fasteners showing. The KM2 is 35x12.50x17 and has about 50% tread left. BUT - for some reason the tread wore wierd, meaning every other lug wore down slightly quicker then the others so it makes more noise going down the highway. You can feel it when you run your hand across the tire, still driveable, which I do, but noticeable.

Next is a 315/75R17 BFG KO which has closer to 60-70% tread, but this has one plug in the tread section. Tire holds air - has held 40psi over a year that I've had it as a spare. AGain no rim for this tire either

Here is my old AAM 9.25 front axle. It has less than 50k miles on it when I took it off my truck. Its got 373 gears and open differential. These axles have 1.37" axle shafts with 33 splines and have the same size u-joint as a dana 60 This is not off a wrecked truck of beat to crap. includes everything in the pic. Moline IL area

1987 Jeep Comanche long bed for sale. It has a 6 inch lift using rubicon express coil with a front radius arm type suspension and bastard pack leaf springs in the rear using the mj pack with a few xj leaves. The radius arms are built using 2" x .25" square tubing and ruff stuff 1.25" hiems. All new steering linkage built with 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and 3/4" and 7/8" hiem joints. Front track bar is also built with 3/4" hiems and 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and ruff stuff brackets. Rear is installed using Ruff stuff spring perches and spring plates. Front axle is a 79 ford high pinion Dana 44 with 4:10 gears and brand new Warn lock out hubs and rear is a 79 ford 9 inch with 4:10 gears. I do have a set of 5:13 gears for both the front and rear axle that will go with the jeep. Jeep has a H.O. 4.0 liter straight six from a 92 cherokee running off of the factory renix fuel system. Has an AW4 trans with a NP231 transfercase. Gauges have been replaced with aftermarket Fuel level, Volt, Oil pressure, and coolant Temp gauges and has LED high beam and turn indicators. Has a small cobra CB installed. Front bumper is no longer on the jeep but I do still have the 8000 lbs electric winch that will also be included in the sale, was planning on building a stubby winch bumper for it. Has a built rear bumper with hitch reciever built into bumper with more than factory mounting tie-ins and has a flag mount that is required for most off road parks. Has almost brand new 35/12.50/15 Pro Comp MT's on a set of steel wagon spoke wheels. Jeep was used mainly as an offroad toy but can be driven to and from the trails and/or daily driven as I am now. Body is a little rough but that is to be expected with a trail rig. Unibody is solid with no cracks and door hinges have been modified for easy removal. Asking $5000 OBO

Thinking about selling my truck

91 Dodge W250 Regular cab Long bed
96 12V motor with P-pump, K+N filter, 4" turbo back exhaust into 6" tip, Pump turned up a bit, 727 3 spd trans that shifts good
D61/D70 axles, 3.07 gears, NP205 case. Small rust on both front fenders down at the bottom, half-dollar size. No big dents or dings. Truck runs good, does leak some oil. I think out of where the oil pressure gauge goes into the block.
Stock leaf suspension f/r, but have Skyjacker 2.5" front springs and shocks, and a leaf pack with an AAL for the rear. 315/75/16 BFG A/Ts in the front with good tread, and same size Buckshot mudders in rear with good tread. Also comes with a spare Buckshot with good tread on a steel wheel.

CD Player, bench seat, power windows and locks that both work well.

Bad:
Truck has no A/C, but with wing windows and rear slider, it circulates plenty of air.
Truck has a kill switch instead of using key to turn off motor. P.O. did the motor swap, so I had to fix some of the rigging.

Overall it's a solid truck, runs great, pulls damn near anything, and gets good mileage. A little more TLC and she'd be great. I just need to get something bigger. I'm 6'6" and the regular cab is starting to bother me. Asking $6000.

Unless I'm mistaken, dana 50 hubs will fit on a dana 60 as well. So you may want to keep an eye out for those.

I'm still looking for a 16" 8 on 6.5" wheel to use with my spare tire. I have a stock spare from a 2007 duramax right now, and never realized how freaking hideous these newer spares were (stamped steel with about 16 holes around it). I plan on running this in a tire gate so looks are borderline important. A simple 5 spoke steelie is fine. I can trade the current wheel if that helps my case.

Width isn't important either, but my spare is a 36x12.5 TSL so anything wider than a 7" wheel will work since its just a spare.

Got a Chevy Dana 44 3:73 gears with slugs. All in good shape came out of a running truck with 80k on the clock. Needs rotors and probably about it.

Buddy of mine is selling a Lincoln S350 welder with a Powerfeed 10M wire feeder, wants $7200. Has about 45 minutes of welding on the ticker, retail is about $5000 for the welder and $4500 for the wire feeder. Comes with two bottles of shielding gas, argon and c-10, and 3 spools of wire

This thing can do Stick, DC TIG, Pulsed DC TIG, MIG, Pulsed MIG, Flux-Cored. Of course you would need to get a water cooler and attachments for tig.

sorry guys, been working a lot of overtime lately I bought all the kit from Sky-Manufacturing, I am going to keep the shackle flip however

I'm pretty sure I paid $1400 shipped to my door, but I'd have to look, this is all still brand new, I no longer have the truck I was putting it on. it's the 6" kit and the steering is made for 10" of lift, of course, it can easily be changed to a lower kit.

Give me a day or two to come up with a couple prices, obviously I can't ask new price, but I don't want to lose my ass or I'll just keep it and buy a truck to put it on.

fabrication table. table top is .75" sheet of carbon steel. no major nicks or cuts in it. top is true and flat. table has W6 beam base under it with 3" sch80 legs. has 4" polyurethane wheels with casters on one end. table is very heavy but still rolls easily. currently has a front 60 and a caddy 500 sitting on it so it will definitely hold a metric shitload of weight. top is also flame cut and trimmed to dimension by metabo not sheared so none of the corners sag yet.

I have a pair of front and rear dana 70 axles YES front 70 and rear 70. 5:13 gears , locked. Front has 70 center sec. and tubes with 60 outers and 70 shafts, hydraulic ram mounted also center sec. is centered more to middle of axle for more applications. Rear is all 70, centered in the middle. Both have no brakes but rear was a pinion brake axle, rotor still on flange. So u can either put back to pinion brakes or easily put hub disc brakes on. Both r about 1 1/2" wider than a standard 60 axle. Both have flat plates welded on axles for mounting. Both r very clean. needs rotors (bad shape), pads (missing). Calipers unknown condition, but can be used as core.

I pulled the cover and it looks great inside. I also pulled the locking hubs off and it also looked great inside. both locking hubs locks/unlocks easily. Hubs turns freely.
