michaels 03-17-2009, 07:23 PM looking for a good place to buy 1/8"-1/4" plate steel. either a scrap yard where the metal isn't too rusted out (possibly kept indoors? don't know if that's unheard of...) or relatively cheap. if i can buy by the square foot, even better. i'll check out anywhere in the BHAM area, Auburn, or montgomery.
