I know there are some other Cencal/Norcal Ftoys out there. Nathen? The TG ftoy? Lord Orange (I think)? The drive is not bad.

We will not be at Donner. Our Nor Cal Location is currently a Man-Made event site in Oroville, CA

Not sure what I'll be running this year, we just purchased another heating and air company a month ago, this year work comes first and I also have a new baby boy so I'm not sure what events I'll be at, but I'll have to get to a few.

The W.E. Rock event is at Oroville this summer, not Donner. The Cal Rock event is at Donner.

You can run the F-Toy in "stock" class at CalRocs just have it on 35" rubber. I was hoping a few would be there last year.

Jeff are you planning on running the TG rig in the stock class on 35"s?

A couple years ago I ran my ftoy on 37's with the TG rig and I think Nathen's rig in the calrocs pro mod buggy class. I think they are calling it their 37-40 buggy class these days.

Paul and I are going to be at the browns valley event. Hoping some other Ftoys show up!

So Booger and I took the plunge and ditched the 37" krawlers for the Browns Valley event. After leaving his son's project truck up on blocks in his drive way we ended up with these old school 35" swamper's. We would be running in the 35" and under class with the likes of Jeff Mello and quite a few other kick ass drivers and rigs. The courses were tight, wet, traction less and challenging especially for our team, Paul being a rookie driver and Myself giving spotting a shot for the first time. We snagged the 7th place running spot our class the first day, giving Paul and I a chance to watch and learn from others successes and mistakes. Total of 8 drivers in our class, ranging from a super short wheel based jeep to a nearly full bodied XJ, with a few toyota pickups throw in for good measure. We so got schooled. Damn the other guys with their fancy smancy front dig and cutting brakes :D Over all we had a blast though and learned a ton.
A big thanks goes out to Davez Offroad Performance!!!

You guys did great. I think the weather wasn't 4 banger friendly and the courses were tight especially when you factor in 10 point tree penalties on a hillside covered with mud and trees. From what I've heard about the next event courses I bet the stability and capabilites of the F-Toy will be an advantage in Reno. Add a front disco and your on the podium for sure.

Who else is coming out?
