I will offer this - a free one ton c/v to the first guy who calls and wants to test how damn strong this new 241 in the rubicon jeep is hehe- has to have adiquite power and tire 36 or larger and ah a small block chev or better i'd like to see a 454 running it - then we will see how good this new 241 is- anyone game call ! 530-877-2875 Jess http://highangledriveline.com

I have a 90 chevy 454,700r,241, dana 60 ,14bolt ,,ive broke a tranny case in half before, Ive wheeled hard with the stock 241 but it finnaly has a big crack in it below the front output shaft.. And the truck weights over 6k http://www.sierrarockcrawlers.com/images2/0907.jpg

I think it's called the NV2410R not a NP-241. Just to keep from confusing people.

Are there any restrictions on gear ratio? Because I think a guy with 4.11 would break it much faster than a guy with 5.38.:confused: Because of the greater load to the TC and driveline with the 4.11s.

Would it be easier to ask: "Who has a BUILT '02 Jeep Rubicon and wants to TEST it!" Hehe
BTW, if they trash the X-fer case how would it help them to get a new driveline?? Just curious. Or are you trying to TEST the output set-up??
You might want to make it more clear Like:
"Lets ""test"" your output set-up and if it breaks you get a new 1-ton CV set-up" But what if they CRACK the case :eek:

there is a guy in town who has 2-3 of em but he wants gold for em...
what will they bolt up to tranny wise?
I doubt anytime soon anyone is gonna have a 454 in a rubicon though...untill one gets totaled..
(on second thought I bet some jeep engeneers already did that in the con..)
