Same as us. its a few more miles out of the way but it is a better tow.

Thats the rout we took on the way back. LOL on the way there someone missed the loop and we had to pull through SA. Josh see ya in a couple weeks when I get my dshafts made.

I'm going to put in my request for vacation today. I got plenty remaining, so it should work out. This will be a first for me. I've never been to a planned event. Nor have I been to Katemcy, Barnwell, or any place like it. I've just been out on some ranches, and the trails @ 360 and the Trinity River.

I'm glad to have the oppurtunity to meet some of you and witness Katemcy before it closes. I'm going more as a spectator than anything. Question: will I be able to get to where the big dogs are playing in my stock CJ7? I do alright for having open diffs, but I don't want to miss the real action.

You can certainly find plenty of stuff to play around on even with a stock CJ. I went on a run and one of the guys had a bone stock TJ with the little 28s or 29s. He made alot of sounds as he smacked his way over and around the rocks but he wheeled pretty good all in all. Will you able to keep up the big dogs...I doubt that because some of the big dogs are just that big dogs running the much hard stuff.

Still come out enjoy and watch...Im going to be doing some of the same if all goes well. I still DD my TJ and I cant afford major breakage.

Yeah, I don't want to keep up with the big dogs, I just want to watch them play. I can't afford to trash my rig, either. I'm going to drive it out there and need to get home under my own power.

You can get to alot of the places the "Big Dogs" play if youre not totally against walking a little bit.

I10 goes from florida to california.....i think. It passes through new orleans and houston amoung others. for some reason i thought cado parish was around lake charles, that shows you how much (little) i know.

Shelby and Adam are gonna be in the F-350 pulling adams truck and Mr. Randy's Jeep.
Michael is pulling my truck and his military truck, John and stephen is gonna ride with us up there.
Bosely is pulling Drew's truck with drew and drew's brother!

We should be rollin in Friday afternoon with my brother in laws rockwelled buggy. Both of my rigs are down so I'll be riding bitch for this one.

Leaf springs are being installed in my truck right now, and once that's done, I should be hitting the road. Will be rolling in sometime later this evening.

I'm on the road! Just entered Parker co.

I had a great time. Met a few guys from the PBB and seen soem badass rigs. Hope to wheel again with PBB memebrs another day.
