Yea, I know. I could see how the "trugg" talk could be misleading. I meant TRUCK for fawksake....:D

Nope, they prolly don't.
Little story behind the "trugg" vs. truck way of sayin truck....
Couple years back, a group of my buddies and I were chillin out behind our one buddies barn doin a bonfire on a Friday night. Well we're just relaxin and chillin out, havin a couple beers and listenin to music. Well these 4 chicks we know that we had invited show up....with this dude.
Now he was a real goofy lookin fawker. Longer hair spikin out around his ballcap, wadd of dip in his lower jaw, and a good size beer belly started. He looked to be 20 or 21 maybe. Well as soon as he showed up, he went around introducin himself to everybody, and as he did, we all noticed the dude had a reeeeeeaaallly deep southern drawl. Well when he came to me, I stuck my hand out and when he went to shake it, I looked him in the eye and asked him exactaly where he called home. He said he was from "LOO-zeee-Anna". He had moved here a while back since he lost his whole family in Hurricane Katrina and he had family in Michigan, so he relocated up here and was working as a welder. He had met my friend Jessica at another party a couple days before and was wonderin if it was cool if he hung out with us for a while so he could hang out with us. He was reaal cool. Not cocky at all.
We were instantly friends.
We'd be riding around doin whatever, and he'd see a nice lifted truck, or a hot rod pickup, or a slick lookin tractor trailer, or nice lookin wheelin rig and what would he always say you ask? You guessed it.....in a slow deep drawn out southern drawl....
LookadatTRUGGG!
His name was Drexler but we all called him Axle since he was the only one in our group of friends who could set up gears without any help. He could do just about anything with his hands. He was a great welder, an alright carpenter, and was one of those friends who was always there for you. Never a fighter, but never one to back down, he was mellow and chill as fawk. But he'd stand up for you in a heartbeat if you were in trouble. You really couldn't ask for a better guy.
In the fall of 2007, he was killed by a drunk driver.
So if the way I say trugg bugs you......Sorry, but I'll always say lookadatTRUGG in remembrance of Axle.....:smokin:
