Going to be out in Dove for Labor Day weekend. I'll be camped some where between powerlines and aquaduct off the back cattle crossing entrance. Come on out and say hi.

Is Garlock off the 178 out by China lake? Or could you give me aprox. directions?

no way near..... Garlock would be on your right coming from LA .
Its about a mile past the old store/ post office that closed(the one below the BLM off-road info center) on the left.

i saw signs for last chance and garlock rd on the way to burrow schmitt's mine. i'll have to make a side trip one of these times. i'm guessing last chance will take you toward randsburg direction? if so i could always make a ride to the white house saloon:D .
