Well it looks like the weather isn't going to hold up so it might be next weekend. I am so disappointed.

Its only rain. Next week is out for me. How about the mayhem race in 2 weeks? Its a great place to ride if you have the rig for it.

I was planning that trip with Brent Mann from Trailworks so I should be there. I was trying to remember where that ride was, can you refresh my memory? Hopefully I will get do some riding with you I will be in the red Samurai comp. buggy.

Well it doesn't look like there will be any riding this weekend. I am trying to get something planned for next weekend. There is a april fools ride at Harlan KY from Friday to Sunday. There are a couple people that I ride with that are talking about going. It is a 4 to 5 hour drive but it is supposed to be some of the best wheeling in the East coast. I would like to go but it is just such a long drive when there are good places to wheel around here that are 1 hour away. If I don't go there I am going to Mt Eagle to ride with Brent Mann of the Damn Locals or I will go to Golden MT. Let me know if anyone is interested in any of these rides.

Anyone down for some weekend riding? It is going to be very interesting a little wet so wheel speed will be where its at. My rig does reallly good when it is dry since it was built for competitions but I am not going to be scared to beat on it this weekend. Anyone interested in riding.

Looks like you all had fun. I ended up going to GMP with Sam and another guy on rocks and 47's. We camped and did some night riding. I hope to get up your way either this weekend or next. If it is wet I probably wait till next weekend. I want to give vertical asshole a try. It looks very challenging.

This weekend is EOR rock race at Offroad Mayhem. You can come watch and ride. The price to get in is still the same. I think Daniel wants to get a small group together and hit Vertical in the norning . If you aint broke at the halfway point they are going to try the top half.

That sounds fun. The only thing is they are calling for a 70% chance of rain on Friday and into Sat. I know I beat the hell out my little buggy this weekend and it held up so I would like to give it a shot and see what happens.

I am running the 37" Krawler stickies. They are about the best tire you can have when it is dry on the rocks, but when it is wet they suck. Hince the beating I had to dish out on her this past weekend. I like krawling obstacles a lot more than just backing up and trying to bump over things. If it is going to be wet I think I might just wait. I have a rock block coming for my transfer case that I need to install, or just have brent throw it in for me.

Well I got the rock block in and ready to ride. Is anyone riding this weekend in the Middle Tn area?

Crazyhorse does not have rocks like GMP or Mayhem (my two favorite places) but they have some great trails and the sandpit is a blast.There will be a lot of badass rigs climbing very steep hills for $$$. Look on TN offroad For directions and info its about 2hrs from hendersonville.I will be heading out sat. morning I may ride sat. night also. I think You would like it some trails are very tough.

Well it was a great weekend for crawling. Nice and dry the tires were really hooking. We basically were able to crawl most of the difficult trails. I only had to really hammer it a couple of times. The little sami did well I felt so confident I even tried Bounty Hill. The rigg started climbing the first really steep rock. The tires started to bark and the rig started sliding sideways so a let out on the clutch and rolled back down. I have seen to many videos of guys sliding sideways and rolling all the back to the bottom. I guess I just don't have the balls. Either you make over or you end up a the bottom on your head. We are going to ride this weekend somewhere if you have any ideas let me know. Our group likes to ride big rocks. I hope we get to go run Mayhem. It is going to be dry again and in the 80's so it will be another great weekend. I would like to camp and do some night riding. So if you into running something tough this weekend let me know. The more that go the better time we all have.

Where did you want to go ? Mayhem? Does your winch work?

I have only had use the winch a couple of times. I have heard a lot of people talking about Mayhem so I would like to take a shot at it.

Im working on my wife I have rode the last 2wks and GMP next wk . How many rigs and what size . I have seen pics of the sammy it should do great at Mayhem .If I can ride it would be sat. only.Get ready for a workout.

Sounds like fun. I think several of us might go to GMP this weekend. There will be a tube buggy on tons and 44's. A Cj-7 on tons and 44's. We usually also ride with a guy who has a Power Wagon on rocks and 47's. Maybe a 4 seat buggy on rocks's and 47's. Then there is the little Sammi showing them all up. That is who all I know is going to try to go right now. I believe we may camp too.

So far we have about 4 possibly 5 rigs. We will ride all day Sat. stopping to eat lunch then ride some more then stop to eat dinner. Then we will do a night ride I believe a couple of us are camping and might ride a little on Sun. morning. Just let me know if anyone else wants to ride.
