Your right on. Stay away from the vacuum crap thats on the 83-84. I have heard some in those years dont have them. The going rate in NJ for waggy 44s complete is around $100-$150.. Good luck they are a great axle to build. RK

YEOW,
I got a front Dana 30 you can canabalize for brackets, if you want it here in NJ. I don't want any money for it, I just want it out from under my workbench. I was gonna use it for a project, but I don't have the time for it anymore.

Mines from an '81 Cherokee, driver's drop and no vacuum crap, a buddy bought the whole Cherokee for $20, with the rear leaves poking up through the floor, oh yeah, and it ran, just missing the water pump. I got the axles, he sold the t-case for $150 and scrapped the rest, he didn't even pull the motor. Dumbass, six months later we were looking all over for AMC power steering and A/C brackets, but that Cherokee had been crushed.

The vacuum crap was on the waggies in 82 as well.. I bet in 85 on some models too!
