Does anyone know if Sugar Pine or other areas to go riding are closed due to snow right now? My son wantst to go riding this weekend for his birthday so I want to take him .... I'm not sure where to check. We usually ride at Sugar Pine so I'm not sure where else I should take him. Let me know if you have any ideas.

We mostly ride trails... We ended up going to Penny Pines up in Elk Mountain. It was pretty nice out there, perfect weather. The dirt was a little soft and there were some wet spots, but just made things more fun! I can't wait to go again. I will check out the site.
Do you ride?

Will do. What do you ride? Stonyford is right next to Penny Pines, in fact I found Penny Pines by looking up Stonyford. You can actually ride to Stonyford from Penny Pines... the trails connect. It was awesome up there, and nice and cool. Down at the bottome of Elk Mountain there was also Middle Creek... there were a lot of kids there. We will probably be back up there for my birthday weekend (18th-19th) unless we go to Vegas.
My son and I both have KX-100's. My other half has a KX-250... I wouldn't mind riding track, cause UHM I tend to like to go faster than the trails allow! Trail riding is a little harder on the 2-stroke, but I like the power!
