I got this from a machine shop that was going out of business a couple years ago, but don't really have room for it. It has an overhead lift mechanism, as well as adjustable table surface. 4" steel casters on all four corners, along with a steady-foot for anchoring it in position.

You could also cut off the overhead part and have a nice portable welding table!
