Not a wheeling trip but just a trip for fun.

I am thinking of going to Deadwood, SD June 19 to 21 for Wild Bill Days. Just drinking, some gambling, and a gunshow.

I am looking for a decent hotel with a hot tub located downtown Deadwood.

Try Cadilac Jack's. We stay there most of the time when we get to Deadwood. Nice hotel, friendly, aveage price, not bad casino, and nice pool and hot-tub. Sign up for players club to get a discount price and they give you a bunch of coupons for gambling. It's a little bit off main street but the trolly stops there and thats only a buck to ride. Comes in handy especially at 2:00 am when your walking ablities becomes a bit lacking. Good luck and have fun.

If you have kids, try Deadwood Gulge. I can't remember if they have a hot tub, but they have an arcade and go-carts. The downside is that it is on the end of town. Gets to be a long trolly ride.
