I need to know where to get 3" steel spacers to run hummer wheels on a 1997 One-ton crew cab w/ 100% stock running gear. Please help!

Thanks in advance.

??? Check either Mountain OffRoad Enterprises (M.O.R.E.) 970-625-0500 or Performance Wheel and Tire at 303-762-8875. John

Those are alum. spacers not steel. Why do you need steel?

Putting them on a heavily loaded One-Ton; GVW approx. 11,000#. So I'm abit nervous about the aluminum, even T6061. Besides, the later Hummer Wheels are rated in the 3800# range. I'd like spacers that can hang with that rating. I have the Perf Wheel & Tire spacers on my Toy, but the weights aren't even comparable. Until your response, I hadn't heard of MORE. Thanks.

Anyone else? 3" steel spacers?

I am only guessing that the MORE spacers are supplied by Performance Wheel and Tire.....? I see your concerns!

Have you thought about running them backwards that would save you the hassel of trying to find spacers. Mossberg is running his backward on dana 70's withh 44" boggers. Just a thought.

That has been talked about here: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=71416&highlight=backwards+hummer+rims

To follow-up on my own post;

I discovered Stockton Wheel makes the spacers I need for the Hummer wheels. They use stainless steel and make the from 2-4" wide in 8 lug only. Thanks to all for your inputs.

If you wanna run hummer rims why dont you switch to "dually" hubs so you have the "offset" to clear everything......just an idea....Good Luck...

Rockstomper makes new centers.. so what ever backspacing you want. Seems like a good answer to me, just not bolt on.
