Don't sweat hignknobby...he just joined Pirate on the 3rd and is stirring stuff up. I think his intentions here are suspect.

Perhaps he's one of the TU members and is sweating the fact that they are killing off the trout population and maybe he's scared that he might lose "his right" to fish there, kinda like we lost "our right" to partake in recreation there? Never know.....

I look at this power point, and I see a series of sides that can be easily refuted point by point and used against you. Why would you take this track?

I'm wondering, where is the power point that shows the great work of volunteers working together in the field? Where is the table showing hours worked and garbage collected? Where is the slide showing the work that was done to stabalize trails and reduce erosion? Where is the slide showing reps at TU meetings working to organize joint clean ups? Where is the credit for the people who took their time to make a difference? You are missing your strengths by being distracted by emotion.

Instead you use slides of unsupportable propoganda that gives no credit to the responsible people who have worked to keep the Tellico open. Makes no sense to me. Why aren't you highlighting the great work you have done, instead of the disagreements? Send me some pics, I can try to help some.

Isn't this the same tactic TU used to get Tellico closed in the first place? If you can help I'm all for it, but at this point I agree with "K9crazy". I'd like to see TU "highlight the great work they have done".
