Getting ready to do the partial tube thing and narrowing of my EB. I'm planning where to run the tube and can't figure out what to do where the tube goes through the floor. I don't want to leave a hole there. Is there a company that makes custom gromets or something? I've seen some people even weld to the body. I don't know how good an idea that is. Pics!

Sandwich is a good way to do body tie in to the frame...

Okay, so do you guys use rubber or ? between the plates in the frame and the body? Where do you get it?

I used a bushing style set up to help isolate vibrations on a rig, However just a sandwich plate will work fine. We have a supply of old industrial rubber belts that we use as gasket material. You could use some old floor matts if you had them also.

SWEET! I just scored a couple of pieces of rubber stock from Grandpa's this weekend. It should work great between the sandwhich plates. Thanks guys for the info!
