No such thing unless they flipped a 14 for a rear motor, in which case there's a few of those around, and many discussions about it.

No high pinion 14 bolts.

As Spidr stated, they would ONLY work, if the engine were either run backward, or if the engine was a rear engine setup.

if you look at the portal box in the next pic down, it is a 2 gear design which would reqiure a flipped center to drive forwards. also note that the spanky 14b center is flip able but it will still drive reverse with a standard axle shaft and should in no way be considerd a 14b.

yea, says a fabbed housing is required, but only thing 14 bolt is gears and gear placement.

the whole line reads "The homemade high-pinion Corporate 14-bolt axle was another ingenious creation of Matt's." Like CoreyYoung said, the picture is from the back and it looks pretty normal. To me it doesn't even look like the housing has been flipped. The Portaltek HP center looks pretty cool though.

There was a thread in General about it... They are using a 14bolt as a guide like the HI9 guys. I'll try to find it.

Shit, I can't find it.... It was someone on here with a yellow star and they said there were a couple out there being tested right now...

cover is on in the standard position, either he made a new housing and gear set or it was a type/april fools stuff.

they have pulled shit like that in the past, the "bagless air suspension" was a good one, it had air lines that ran to nothing, open ended saying that when it hit a bump a blast of air would push back on the axle thus dampening the hop.

loler at the last paragraph, " nothing fancy here, right down tot eh 3 stick shifters for the stak 5.1", yeah that and "the custom high pinion 14 bolt" using off the shelf 5.13, it r the fake.

Stover posted a thread about it :D

I thought they said it was going to be a high pinion but it looks like it is just a drop out 3rd

One of their uses is to flip it and run it with their portal boxes.
