Well I got a bonus and sold some stuff so I'm breaking down and getting a winch. I want a Warn HS9500i. Cheapest price I have found so far is $799.99 at CarParts.com.
Anybody know of any place cheaper than that so I can get 4wpw to match? I have heard of a place selling down as low as $730 but can't find it.

Im in the same boat as you are right now. FOund a place that will sell me one for 815$ shipped to my door. Called 4wheelparts friday to see if the would stick by their word of price matching just to find out I had wasted my time calling them. They told me the lowest they could go was 870$:eek: :eek: Car parts may have them cheaper, but the price doesn't include shipping. GO warn.com has them for 820$ shipped to your door, which is also a great price. PErsonally, I'm going with cybershop4x4.com for 815$ to my door. Call and ask for Bob he's a really nice guy. Maybe I'm on crack, but I very highly doubt you ever saw one for the price of 730$

Thanks for the tips. Yeah I have seen the XD9000i for $730 but NEVER the HS9500i but somebody else swears they have seen it. As it so happens a bud just e-mailed me that he would sell me his HS9500i for $600. I think I may jump on it. He replaced the cable with Masterpull rope and plans to keep the rope but has the lightly used cable that is still in good shape. Gee that $200 cheaper would just about pay for the Plasma rope or 2/3 of a set of CTM's :)

I've seen 'em for $699, but the guy selling them for that, won't any more, and he wouldn't ship 'em at all, even when he was selling for that. That's currently below my wholesale cost. :(

Thank Warn for raising the retail prices across the board with their Optimum Value Policy. Do a search on this board, this section, to find info on it from the past.

Sounds like Cybershop4x4 is the way to go, at least for the moment--$815 delivered is a deal.

Yep I was gonna chime in on Clemson, they have free shipping on winches to a business, or add 5 bucks to your home.

Four Wheel Parts matched prices here, well if you bring a printed add into the store. I just printed prices off the net and they matched them no problems.

Grim, find a cheap price on the net and print it, take it up to the Marietta 4wpw, the one that used to be North GA 4x4, ask for Albert (asst. mangr) or David (mngr) they have always treated Keith and I great on price matching. Also check this place

I just checked to see that it still works and it does, my cost for that winch was 719.99 when I went through checkout. I think that if you use the coupon the price is below their cost?

Yeah I was there when Keith picked those up. I handed him the money for the Warn Axle shafts he had for sale and he handed it to Albert to pay for the 35 splines.

Scott. I may be ordering that rope. Didn't know it was that low. I was thinking with the hook for 125ft of the 5/15 was over $200. Probably run the wire for a while and lay down the cash for some CTM's for those warn shafts and see if I can make the rock garden at slick rock this coming Dixie run without blowing the front end up. :D

The Shipping is BS though. There is a Major Warn shipping house about 20 miles from me where it will ship out of. Everybody that I know that has bought a Warn online it has shipped out of that place. Unfortunatly they will not do counter pick up.
