I just had a talk with a customer that was upset with us and it all involved communications. 2 Weeks ago I added a second phone line here and Garett started taking calls. I am very happy with the way he is handleing the calls he gets but I did advertise that we had added another line and now he is getting as many calls as I do!

Monday we are adding a third line. Emmett has worked for us for about a year but just came back to us in January after taking a year and a half off while becoming a commercial pilot. He finished flight school just as pilots with 6,000 hours are getting laid off. I expect he will be with us for a couple of years so treat him well and ask him anything about airplanes! His line will be sales only as he picks up the skills while building his XJ and working afterhours in the shop.
