OK, I'm happy for now. That long wheelbase sure seems to make a difference. That thing looks like it's not even working hard. I must say, that is one nice ride. Job well done. :beer:

Looks awesome dude, sorry I missed it. Those rear CJ's looks like their working out very nicely. I like the blue hood flames the best though :D

The first trip out was a total blast, pretty much everything worked great. My only fix after the weekend is I need to put in a ps cooler, it leaked around the shaft when it got hot on the slabs each day. I also need to do some minor clearancing on the steering arms. A 2low would be helpful too.

Took a little time to get a feel for the new rig but it didnt take long since it was soooo much easier than the IH. The wheelbase, which now is around 99" was like old times but the visibility and stability made it a new world. By the end of the first day it was point and shoot.

The funny thing was how much easier it was for the kids to get in and out, and how much more room they had than my Scout??? My 3 year old daughter rode through everything, and never flinched, even when some of the older boys wanted to get out and walk.:D

Lots of weird looks on the trail...WTF seemed to be the basic question.

Heck even my new tow rig family cruiser was great. Me and Incontrol and 3 kids and a LOT of gear, no problem pulling all of the grades at 60 mph with the AC blazing. I am a happy boy. Time to go vizit AZ.

It lives. That looks sweet. I missed out on a free LWB by a day last year :mad: Looks like my Thanksgiving schedule is open so I'll be setting up a little turkey bash, details shortly.

There was plenty of gearing with the happy motor, it will idle over rocks taller than my 35s!
