having electrical probs with my winch and need to see if thats the prob.

I read your other post... It looks like you need to add some ground wires. you need to make sure you have a ground strap from engine to frame and from engine to body(heavy ground cable/strap). You should ground your winch to the frame. not to the battery and make sure your negfrom the battery is grounded to the frame and the engine.

go to the yard and you should be able to get braided steel grounding straps from just about any rig for a few bucks.
