You can read them here: http://ohv.parks.ca.gov/default.asp?page_id=25891 Ride on Brewster Brewster2 04-20-2009, 04:14 PM I asked the OHMVR Division if the FINAL agency OHV Grant requests would be posted and if the public would have an opportunity to comment on any changes from the Draft to the Final. This is the reply from Division: "With regard to the final application from the applicant – we hope to have the final application for public viewing after May 4th. However, the regulations do not allow for another round of public input. The Commission meetings always allow for the public to make comments that may or may not be on the agenda. I don't see anything in the California Code of Regulations 4970.04 that mentions comments from the Division at this point in the process. Ride on Brewster | |
