Hi. I waist so much damn time on the internet looking at land cruiser websites, and now I'm a member of yet another board. This one seems to be the best though...

I've got an '82 FJ-40, 2.5 inch lift, 33x12.5's, york onboard, hi-lift, and open diff's. She's my daily driver so I think 33's is as big as I'm gonna go, or maybe 35's. In the near future I'll be welding the rear and installing a front roll cage.

I'm from Fort Worth, Texas and I love to wheel, see you on the trail.

If you go to edit (lower right hand corner) of your FIRST post, you'll see where you can delete the post... You have to check the box in the upper left first..

I'm assuming you wanted to post this in the "newbies check in here" thread...

I'd like to be the first to welcome you... :flipoff2: welcome!

(Was that a kinder, gentler welcome Brian? ) :)

Welcome aboard!

You're in good company, as I have one of the the few uncut tubs, so I keep to 33" x 12.5" on my '79 FJ40. Don't worry, as soon as I buld a shop we can fire up the Plasma cutter to get 38" to fit under YOUR rig!

Cruiser folks are pretty cool on the list, if you feel like getting in a fisty pissing match, just go into the Heep Forum. :)

Keep up the grades, make it through school, and things get a little easier (little humor, as I am getting pretty stressed with buying a new house, combining families, need to sell my old house so I can start saving to build a good size garage/shop... oh, this morning the darn WELL runs dry while I go to rinse off in the shower -- ahem, someone was watering the garden, not enough water for both. Never a dull moment!)

The friendly welcome around these parts is :flipoff2: Just a way of saying "WELCOME"

Tom
