The calipers on my D60 needed about 3/8ths off for about 1.5 inches. I know it all depends on rims and offset but can I expect to grind any less for the rear? I was hoping the hub has a different rotor-wms. I am using the 3/4 ton calipers not the eldorado.

With 75 Chevy D44 3/4 ton rotors on a 14 bolt hub and 1/2 or 3/4 ton GM calipers you may have to to grind just a tiny bit with 3.5" BS. Nothing major at all. Nothing like front GM D60 calipers with 3.5" BS

Here's my Dana 60 front set up for 3.5" backspaced Barts on 15" wheels... And I used 3/4 ton fronts for the 14 bolt... I didn't have to clearance the caliper any. At all. I wouldn't say there's a lot of room, but I'd say it's proportional to the front.

Thanks guys, I was hoping to hear that. Now I can do this after work and be back on the trail for the weekend. Either that or call in sick :D
