I have a pair of Dana 60's that will be going under an '85 Ranger, and due to the extra width and travel, I'll need lots of fender room. I'll have to use fender flares for legality reasons, and was wondering if bushwacker cut-out fender flares for a F-150 might give me more room than cut-out fender flares for this Ranger would. Of course, the big question is whether they would be able to fit. The basic styling of these two vehicles is the same, they are just sized differently (I'm hoping!). Has anybody tried this before, or heard whether this will work?

I thought about this a couple of years ago. I never tried it though. I think i decided the front flare would run up into the body crease. I was going to use cut outs though. I finaly decided to cut and not worry with flares.

I`l bump this one up since I need alot of room for wheels as well!

Full size cutouts will really open the fenders up. Mine looked goofy with 38's.
42's fill them nicely.
