so the radiator blew up in my new dually tow rig on the way home from Fordyce today. This guy in an ol Scout I came by and offered to tow my dually and trailer and Cruiser home with his Scout. So we hooked up a chain to the front of my crew cab dually long bed towing a flat bed trailer with my Land Cruiser AND trail trailer on it, and he towed the whole fawkin thing about 10 miles to my house. The Scout laughed. I just thought I'd share. :p

Shake your head all you want, i've seen an 80 pull a 38' gooseneck trailer (with converter dolley) stacked high with hay bales.

It would make a hell of a story, wouldn't it??

I love those Scout To The Rescue stories. Thanks for sharing, and hats off to the guy who was nice enough to pull over and help out.

Nope, it was a V8 auto (don't know what kind of motor/tranny though).
