I am wanting to know what came in a f250 with the 6.2 4x4 with the granny 4 speed. Called a guy and that is all he knows about it. Wanting to see if it is worth 45 min drive to go look at.

Front-

3800 lb rating = TTB D44HD
4500/4600 lb rating = TTB D50

Rear, probably either a semi float or full float D60

T-case, maybe a NP-208

Something is not correct in this statement. A 1984 F250 never came with a 6.2L anything. That is 378 cu.in. If it is a diesel it has a 6.9L International diesel. Depending on gearing the front will be either a TTB44, or a TTB50. The rear axel is can be a Dana 70 smooth housing. The Transfercase is a 1345. I know the number is correct not sure of the Mfgr. The transmission can be a T19 (syncro first gear) Most of this info is correct I have one of these trucks. In my opinion worth a look as my truck has worked well for me.

I think the D50 front/D70 rear was a supercab exclusive. I know one buddy with an 85 Supercab, and that's what it had. Another buddy with a regular cab diesel (dunno what year, but pre-92) had the D44 front/Sterling semi-float.
