this thing was so easy to install. i didnt have to grind anything. it fit perfectly.

specs are ford hp 44, full width, weld on wedges were removed. lowers and coil pads are homemade. set up to run claytons long arms.

edit: track bar mount for over the knuckle set up

Just so happens we were shipping one today. This has the OTK trac-bar mount, HD coil mnts with shock mnts along with the UCA mnts.

This looks better than a truss sitting on a dirty concrete floor. Though, if you look closely you can see the dirty floor in spots :D.

Unfortunately no they cannot. They completely changed everything with the late model 60's. They will work great for a coilover setup but not so well with a standard coil setup because they moved the diff so close to the knuckle that it leaves little room for coil buckets. I'm sure it can be done, just not with our truss currently.

The rear JK truss is not available for the stock application at this time. Becasue of the coil mount locations the truss would be extremely short and would add only marginal strength to the axle. We do offer it when doing a swap to a TJ/LJ/XJ/ZJ.

Unfortunately, their mount will not work with our truss. What you can do though is use our truss & tri-hat and then have us or someone else make you new custom length UCA's.

New coil mounts are not required for stock axles. The stock trac-bar mount will work with the front truss. RE's tri-link suspension does not use the rear trac-bar. Are you running their kit already?

We do not offer one for this application because Ford moved the differential closer to the knuckle so in a Jeep the drivers side coil bucket would have to sit over half way up the differential housing.

Looking at truss for 1980+ waggy swap on an XJ,

The only thing that concerns me is that the coil buckets appear that they would be inline with pinion angle. My current coils bow and rub the trackbar mount on my LP 30 as it is turned so much for pinion angle.

Are coil bucks welded offset to the pinion angle? I want to weld them on horizontal once I set my pinion angle, also so I stiop destroying my shock bushings.

I'm glad I found this thread! I'm building up a JK 2dr with 78-79 HP Ford Dana 60 front and rear.

I understand you offer a military discount. I'm a bit embarassed to ask, but I'm an active duty Soldier (Currently in Iraq, but coming home in a few weeks!) - Would you be able to PM me a quote?

Since it will be a custom double triangulated suspension, I'd like both the front and rear to be bare.

Have you looked at building a truss for the '94-'08 Dodge Ram 2500 D60 front with the CAD? This could seriously beef the axle... and I could use one!

Unfortunately no they cannot. They completely changed everything with the late model 60's. They will work great for a coilover setup but not so well with a standard coil setup because they moved the diff so close to the knuckle that it leaves little room for coil buckets. I'm sure it can be done, just not with our truss currently.
