I am going to have a run of dimple dies/Flare hole dies made.

I am in contact with several hungry machinists with leftover stock to make them inexpensively.

I'll probably have a small set made for myself and go from there.

Target price for a 1.5" die set will be $45.

Any interest at this price?

I'm looking to do a small run of .5", 1" and 1.5".

Other sizes are possible but will wait on those.

I'm waiting on some quotes/info right now.

Unfortunately, I couldn't have these made for a price that would make me money and also be a good alternative to the products already out there.

FWIW, we were going with 4140 for the material, no through hole, and a true radius dimple as opposed to the edge that is created with most of the dies.
