I like it - gonna lower it a little though? Looks like a nose-bleed skybox

I didn't want it that high, but had to to get the '44's under it and I still have fender trimming to do. It will do for now. After I get it woods ready, I will start looking for stuff to make me a hybrid.

Keep the "skybox" high so you can use those Tennessee Toy curb crunchers as you "speed bumps"......

It is high, but when I am done it still probably won't be as high as the White Knight. That truck is a mud eating machine!! Which is what we really started building the truck for. Just in the last couple of months I have been wanting to try the rock crawling thing, yes I know that may be a little difficult in this truck. But hey, until I get something else going I will give it hell. Rolls over, so what, it looks like fido's ass anyway, just beat it back out and keep going!

your ride looks same hieght as the white knight, isnt she just a chev on superlift 12" springs.
looks like your truck is on same springs judging by the yellow spring bushings and terrible shackle angle.
and yes Red i do really hate superlift, my front springs have the same shackle angle

The lift is 12" from super lift. Shaker is making my steering arms, after that I will work on the driveshaft problem.
The green started with just the motor then spread. With the green block, aluminum heads and intake, black/green mounts and brackets it looks pretty cool. It is definitely easier to detect leaks with lighter colors!

Looks like you have a body lift as well, judging from the front bumper, although I don't see much frame...

where are the fuel tanks?

73-76 single tank Chevys had the fuel tank on the passenger side, and just a cap sticking out, no door. Kind of a pain, esp. when your other truck which you normally drive has it on the driver side.

Yeah the saddle tanks was not the brightest idea GM had. I will probably move it.
