Wondering if anyone is going to this event?
I didn't know about it till like last week and most of my buddies with jeeps hadn't even heard about it and we live like 10 minutes from where its being held.
Anyways here is the flyer from the site:

It should be a great time. We have about 200+ Jeeps showing up, 3 RTI ramps, an obstacle course, tons of raffles, giveaways, stuff for the kids, etc.
Not sure why you haven't heard about it, we obviously aren't doing our job! It's posted on all the local club forums, etc. Let me know if you have more questions. jean

I am fairly new to the "jeep world"
Used to be a big subaru fan actually...
Always wanted a jeep/liked jeeps...
sold my 11 second subaru, bought a 2004 duramax gmc 3/4 ton pickup for my daily driver and had wanted to lift it but because of my school commute didnt, and a few months ago bought my beater YJ (well not too bad of a beater with 5" bds springs, soa, shackle reversal, ramsey winch, 35" mud terrains, etc..) for $1500
Someone I know works at oakridge farms and i do business with them and heard about it VIA the person i know there....I am on Baystate jeepers and I am on here....way more active here and not so much on other jeep sites....my gf's brother and father go to Elias and I dont think they even knew about it....
None of my buddies with jeeps knew about this event, to be honest I would try and get the local media (sentinel and enterprise maybe?) to show up.....we honestly knew nothing about the event till it was randomly mentioned and i searched it....
Hell I didnt know what "allthingsjeep.com" was and didn't even know it was based in Shirley and I drive through shirley all the time.....i live in fitchurg, family owns the poor farm in townsend and mid town beef in fitchburg, which means i travel all around this area for business, and had no idea about this.....
Also didn't see it posted here so maybe it would be a good idea to push a little more advertisement for the event....I have told about 10-15 people jeep buddies and just friends i wheel with in general about the event and they had no clue so ive done my fair share of a little publicity...

PoorFarmPolaris - I couldn't agree with you more!
We actually had about 340 Jeeps in attendance, most getting extremely muddy on the obstacle course.

However, with some local PR, we could have topped 500 Jeeps. Unfortunately, we lost a key employee recently and didn't have the opportunity to promote it locally due to timing. All the local club sites knew about it and helped spread the word but if you weren't there, or on our site, you didn't hear about it. It WAS a great time and we will do it again next year.
On another note - We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Manager who knows Jeeps. If you know someone, have them send a resume. Here's the info: http://www.allthingsjeep.com/all-things-jeep-jobs.html

If I wasn't leaving to go to PA sunday for a 14 week certification course for International I would have jumped at the job right now.....I live in Fitchburg so it would be sweet maybe once I am back I will have to get in contact with you guys....
I am a little disappointed in your pictures.....why did i attend the JEEP event and the kid i know in the yellow TOYOTA pickup (who was RIGHT in front of me!) get a bunch of pictures.....plus i saw a bunch of pictures of catchy stickers and no one took a pic of my "guys drive low riders, because they cant get it up" sticker.....or my business on the back of my rig....o well guess you cant please them all.....just kinda pissed the yota got like 5 pictures :shaking:
You definately would have had a much bigger turnout had the advertisement been there......im pretty sure the yota came cuz i told some of his friends? not positive and the jeep behind me on the course came cuz i called him....i made my effort haha
