Looks like a decent deal, not smokin', but decent. A new setup would run probably a little over $1k (the HH187 can be had for around $600 at Tractor Supply at times).

I have a welding helmet just like that one, it's a Miller Pro-Hobby helmet. It works good enough for me, costs about $130 new.
