Ok. I'm a newbie, did the search thing and came up with pretty much nothing. I've never asked a stupid newbie question before, but here it goes:
I've heard that the Geo Tracker seats wont fit in a sammy. Is this true? Does anybody have any ideas on how to mount them in without fab. of some "fancy" brackets?
Don't have a wielder and would like to avoid paying somebody to do it for me.

I've been helpful in many of my replies, and would like some ideas from anyone who has done this.

Mine fit:D

You have to cut off the legs on the outboard side, then fab bracketery from there. Passenger side I did without welding and used the Samurai sliding rails and various peices of angle iron (L2x2x1/8 I think). Drivers side was welded and used the Tracker rails. Definitely not a bolt in.

Awesome link. that was exactly what I was looking for. My Tracker seats are a little more sophisticated (i.e. more crap in the way), but I think it will work out. Guess I have no choice but go visit one of my buddies with a wielder.

Thanks
