: Lightweight SCAMP Jeep camping trailers for sale and for rent at the HAMMERS!
100dollarman 05-08-2009, 12:19 PM SOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDLOWERD PRICE!!!!
ONLY ONE LEFT!!! $2900! see last post for exact pics-----------------------
I just picked up 3- 16' (13' box) Scamp travel trailers from Military surplus-
They are for sale 'cheap' before I do much cleaning, fixing, or painting. These have no bathroom. Dinette, sink, stove, bunks, etc. They weigh only 1750lbs so anything can pull them. They can use a little TLC but are pretty much ready to go. If I deep clean them, fix the little things that need attention, and paint the frame and wheels I am going to charge more.
Get 'em while they are HOT! $3000!!! each:grinpimp:
NO paperwork. Cash, no tax.
Want to rent one for the weekend at the Hammers or where ever??? Give me a call-

Thanks for looking!

100dollarman 05-18-2009, 01:52 PM I thought I would have more Pirate4x4 action on these---
Make offer!!!
lttlbddy 05-18-2009, 10:08 PM They are actually kinda cute. I was checking them out. They need propane bottles and a/c from what I saw.
coyote 05-19-2009, 03:40 AM actually most came with a swamp cooler...during the dry season, it would make the camper moist to 72 degree's....
100dollarman 05-24-2009, 03:45 PM Bottom dollar price update!!!!----
$3000 each!!!
Linda Burns 05-31-2009, 03:08 PM I am interested in the Scamp. I was down there (I live in Big Bear City) yesterday, but all was locked up.
Are you open on weekends? Do you take mastercard? Are they in towing condition? I suppose I should have asked it they are still available, but I did see two on the lot yesterday.
Linda Burns 05-31-2009, 03:28 PM OOOPS, I just re read the first msg and noted 'cash'. Well, I would have to send for money, how much of a down would you need?
lttlbddy 06-02-2009, 09:57 AM Are they in towing condition?
Linda, when I was there a few week ago, they looked ready to tow except they have no plates.
I would check with the DMV and/or your insurance before hooking up and hitting the highway.
. . . and the regular stuff like checking the tire/tire pressure.
Linda Burns 06-02-2009, 10:16 AM Mark, first, thank you for showing me your trailers. I found this article for a Scamp a bit older than yours and a bit shorter, but thought it would serve as an example of market pricing for a refurbished Scamp as compared to yours.
