Does anyone know if there is such a thing as electric p/s pumps for small block chevy? I have a hydro winch and like the power of it but the engine has to run to make it work. May be a stupid question but had to ask.

X2, You're describing, basically, a dual-powered winch system.

I know someone who tried a electric pump on a full hydro setup, it worked fine but was really loud so he went back a normal style pump.
