if one were to leave them selves a package with an ak pistol in it, how many rounds would you have in it? im thinking 5 mags so 150 or 300?

its going to have the usual power bars, knife, first aid kit, socks, and long undies, and other random goodies

As many as you can reasonably carry along with any other gear you will have with you. Probably 5 or 6 30 rounders.

- edit.. I would definitely have them in some sort of mag carrier or pouch that you can sling over your shoulder. It sucks trying to carry extra mags in your pockets :D

im gona get a small bandoleer made to hold the mags and other items. and make some small battle packs of ammo

yes, in some vac u pacs. trying to find a vacuum and bag sealer. then throw some disectant(sp) and some o2 absorbent.
