I went to use my winch the other day (I wasnt stuck, I was helping a neighbor straighten the bumper support of his sons car lol). I unspolled it hooked it up, then hit the switch on the remote and nothing. I can hear the solenoids click for foward and reverse, it has power to the leads at the motor. I seem to remember that they had a problem with the motor grounding via the long screws that held it in, so I removed them and cleaned them and reinstalled, and still the motor wont work. The CJ's been in the garage for a yj tub swap so the winch hasnt beenused for atleast 6 months. Anyone have any ideas?
