First thank you Pirate4x4 community for all the great tech tips and info.

Project is a Ford 302 5.0 EFI with a high torch cam swapped into a 95 YJ. Been sitting for almost 4 years now and just got back to it. You know life takes over sometimes.

Problem. Painless wiring instructions is giving me a headache. I'm no dummy and I know electrics however I think I'm over thinking it. Got the battery, starter, starter relay wired and I'm tracking down the other leads. The motor turns. I've got the jeep power distribution box installed and the jeep fuse box to deal with.

Does anyone know of a detail wire to wire electrical layout for this swap????
Painless instructions are not good and I've also been using the Chilton manuals on both mustang and jeep.

Thank you for the link to your thread. great stuff.... very helpful.......probably a stupid question but what is TOTW. I’m going to take pics tomorrow and post them of my wiring mess.

go to the Joel EFI managment part of the forum and ask for Joel to help you out, there probably isn't any man more knowledgeable or willing to help than him... he's a great source, helped me with my 302 efi setup in my jeep.

I am confused on your question... I have an '89 w/ a 302 in it.

So, I take it you are attempting to mesh the jeeps and fords harnesses into one....

I did that and man, I'm still not done with it....

I will be bitting the bullet and buying the RJM harness...I've been driving for a year now with no speedo.... it sucks.

I'm trying to get it wired as cleanly as possible. My problem is that I'm anal. I could have somone do it but if I don't do it myself it's not done right. I'm just that way. I'm going to research tonight with the leads everyone has given me. Thanks everybody and I will update the progress.
