I'm looking for advice from the Kid, TB or any others who may have contructive input on this subject.

Have you ever bent aluminum tube? Is there ultra special ways of doing so? If so what or at least point me in the right direction, preferably on the web.

Ok BEFORE everyone else freaks out, this is not a roll cage, bumper or anything else critical like that. I'm in the planning stages of making something that requires this process so :flipoff2: :p :D

i know i used to fill the pipe up with sand so it dont kink,,,,,thats with exhaust pipe.
