I know one is larger due to the pumken. So I was wondering what size of U-bolts they take (from a 3/4 ton if that matters)

You probably should measure it. Most HD's have a 3" tube, but not always. If it does have a 3" tube then 3 of your ubolts will be 3" the large one around the pumpkin will be 3-5/8". You can always measure the ubolt plates for a double check.
