Technically not yet, but is being worked on and I have yet to hear of someone actually being cited for it.

I thought this thread was going to be about the road conditions. I went to Philbrook today and the road is ready for the Chevettes.

The road is plowed from Inskip (and Butte Meadows) to the causeway at Philbrook Lake.

However the current status of green stickered vehicles on County and USFS roads is legally limited to one three mile stretch that terminates in a legal OHV use area.

I'm hearing that the Region 5 has no intention of changing that, and has denied (so far, in draft of the draft) the downgrade from level 3 (maintained) to level 2 (not maintained, or once every 5 years) roads.

That sux, but the "reasoning" is that if they no longer maintain roads they get less money .

The DEIS now has a drop-dead date of June 5, with 45 day comment period.
If you care enough, make sure you comment, heavily to get the downgrades to level 2 so green stickers can ride them.
