Well I can't find the old thread to update it...

I am building what started as an '83 D100 build, turned into a truggy build and now became a full buggy that I wish I had started completely different. Oh well!

I am keeping in all in the Pentestar family, specs/parts thus far-

5' of '83 1/2 ton frame (fully boxed and holes filled)
'01 5.9 Magnum (I am keeping stock for now w/ mpfi and ECM)
'86 727 with Big Block internals (had the BB tranny that was just built)
'86 205
'86 D60 Front (kingpins, locker undecided)
'95 D60 Rear (Spooled, 4.88's swithching deeper, 35 spline Moosers, Discs)
'03 Town and Country middle buckets (leather)
Aluminum Cell
Aluminum Radiator
18" SwayAWay Coilovers
4 link front and rear
Full Hydro steering....

Well the chassis is 90% mocked up and welded with suspension completed.
Next is mounting brake booster/master cyl, steering, floor, addl bracing, harnesses, shifter, exhaust, plumb and wire...SIMPLE:D


Ideas??

Plans for bigger tires?

Most definately.

The build started as a 600 HP sand truck with 440 and paddle haulers...the 35" tires match the paddle tires and I am on the prowl for larger tires now. Thinking 40-42", I would rather run a smallish tire for more challenge while breaking less.
